We at Superior Conditioning understand the different needs of hockey players throughout their stages of growth and development.  That's why we have created three separate DVD programs.  Forwards and defensemen need to train differently than goaltenders do.  So there is one DVD for forwards and defensemen ages 16+, and one DVD for goaltenders ages 16+.  The third DVD is for all positions ages 13-16.  At this age, the goal is just to build a base of strength and increase your athleticism.  So you do not need a specialized program for your position at this age. Just pick the DVD that best suits you.

"Superior Conditioning For Hockey is unlike any hockey strength and conditioning program on the market today."

Features of the Superior Conditioning DVD's:

- Complete 14 Week Off Season Program
- In Season Workouts
- Strength, Power, Speed, Agility, Endurance, and Flexibility Training
- Over 120 Exercises, Drills, and Stretches with voice over and graphics
- Printable Workout Sheets to help track your progress (DVD-Rom Drive)
- Easy to follow format down to the sets, reps, and rest intervals
- And Bonus Drills!

All of this for only $27!
